Our most straight forward product has also proved to be one of the most popular. It is a simple inclined platform but made to the same specification as the benches & stools.


Originally intended as a hip support it is used during crossed legged sitting and also some yoga postures to maintain the hips at an angle that can comfortably support the back 








Now it is also widely used as a head support, most usually during body scan meditations but also for certain yoga postures.

THE 'SEVERN' - MEDITATION STOOL

The 'Severn' meditation stool is probably our most popular to date is it provides all the stability of the classic meditation bench with the ease of use of the T-Stool. 

Like the T-Stool it gives the practitioner a very comfortable support when using the so-called Japanese style of kneeling but the two legs make the posture far more stable, if that is what is required.

Furthermore, we round off the front edges of the two legs making it possible to rock forward in the posture so tilting the seat at the optimum angle. This is particularly true for the taller practitioners among us, and as both Alan and I are well over 6ft, the 'Severn' is particularly suited to us!
